Under the planning on the development of industrial zones and clusters approved by the Prime Minister, Vinh Phuc will have 31 industrial clusters by 2030.
In order to encourage and attract investors, to develop industrial clusters, in 2010, the provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 12 on supporting infrastructure investment in the province in the period 2010-2015. However, after five years of implementation, support mechanisms were not enough to encourage and attract industrial infrastructure investors. In addition, the rental price is high while production and business enterprises are mainly SMEs, financial capacity is limited. Besides, in some provinces such as Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Binh Thuan, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Ha Tinh ... along with supportive investment preparation costs and environmental items, they also support infrastructure investment, with a minimum of 30%.
